Summary

Keeping basements dry in mountain towns like Breckenridge means more than just putting in a pump system. Jennifer S. needed a solution that would handle heavy groundwater and protect her home for years to come. We were called in to set up a system that could do the job right.

The Work

Installed a triple sump pump system with dedicated discharge lines
Buried the discharge line for a cleaner look and lasting protection
Laid CrawlDrain to move water away from trouble spots
Managed site obstacles and handled concrete removal and replacement

The Outcome

The basement is now well protected against water and moisture. With the triple sump pump system and proper drainage, the space is ready for anything the weather throws at it. Homeowners can use their basement confidently again.
