Summary

Moisture in the basement can cause headaches for any homeowner. Jennifer S. needed a solution to ongoing water intrusion and crawlspace dampness in her Breckenridge home. We were called in to address both the water management and foundation protection concerns under challenging site conditions.

The Work

Installed a triple sump pump system with dedicated discharge lines
Buried the discharge line to move water safely away from the home
Fitted CrawlDrain to target crawlspace water collection
Managed site work obstacles and completed concrete removal and replacement

The Outcome

The basement and crawlspace now stay dry, keeping moisture out and protecting the structure. The upgrades help prevent future water problems and make the space more usable for the homeowner. Projects like this show how the right system can make a real difference for homes in mountain climates.
